I imagine she lives a very closeted or private life, doesn't really go out too much to the village, and mostly stayed with her mother in the woods. After her mother died, she began to tend to the different plants and animals that would grow and stop by. Mushrooms are her favorite, she finds them fascinating. She believes there is a forest spirit because on her birthday, a clump of mushrooms grows in the exact same spot, every year.
