here's my entry, hope you enjoy calyx fae/faer 14 or 15 genderqueer asexual omniromantic likes ~ - spiders - cats (specifically black cats) - E.T. (the movie and aliens in general) - the cafe where fae works part time (more abt it later) TW: very brief mention of weapons dislikes ~ - weapons - loud noises - places that are really clean (e.g. all-white rooms, heavy scents of sanitizer, etc.) other stuff about cal ~ fae kinda has a cozy spooky space aesthetic going on. i'll talk about the cafe where fae works. fae's liked the Flying Floorboards Cafe since fae was little. you may be wondering about the odd name, and trust me, there's a story. where the cafe is now, there was once two rival cafes, the Flying Saucer Cafe and the Creaky Floorboards Cafe, owned by two nemeses. at some point they met, and fell in love. when their relationship had lasted for a while, they combined their shops into the Flying Floorboards Cafe. fae will hang out at the cafe often, drawing, doing homework, and relaxing. i haven't entirely figured out what their relationship with the shop owners is yet, but it's positive, and I think faer pretty close with them. srry that's really cheesy but hey, it's my mind
art done on procreate or in my notebooks character design by rowan @purple_cat_human_ have some chloe moriondo songs ~ spaceland little moth btw if you might feel triggered by spaceland, little moth is likely less triggering art stuff ~ thank you ever so much for the quality, scratch oh lol i just realized cafe cavern calyx 1 ~ Rowan's original design 2 ~ the art i made on procreate, its the first time i've done shading in a while. i changed the color pallete & hair slightly, hope it's still ok 3 ~ i colored in a few of these, but the pens i used don't have brown. the left drawing is faer waving (the arm is...) the right one is fae with a cafe apron. the upper middle art is faer with a cat. the lower middle one is a little doodle of fae. i took it at a different time than the others, so it looks different lighting-wise, srry. the other one is a few different cafe logos. 4 ~ a moodboard i made for them. it’s not quite as dark as i’d have liked, but oh well, its pretty good considering that i am hopeless at aesthetics.
