Boss Defeat Bonus is earned for beating the boss. HP Bonus is the points from your remaining HP times 100. A perfect Bonus is earned if you defeat the boss without taking ANY damage. Total is just that: your total score. You get 1 EXP for every 10 points earned. How to get the "No Goo on Me!" Achievement: Defeat any boss without taking any damage.
