RULES: 1. Make a decision that everyone will agree on. (Eg: Do not move Tennis Ball, Teardrop, Baseball or Mixels down to the bottom etc. That is what the 12.5th rank is for) 2. Do not move USERS down. 3. There are no shameful ranks for a reason. 4. There shall be no more than 10 characters on the best rank. The maximum is doubled in each rank. 5. Do NOT change or add the rank labels, the ranks wants to stay as the way they are. 6. HAVE FUN!
