This strange project, under the project ID 6, is a random collection of scripts and Scratch default sprites with no context. It appears to be built under Scratch 3.0. There is an easter egg that is a gift box with the text "wacky" under it. This is how this project got its conjectural name. There is no way to trigger this easter egg without modifying the script of the project. It appears to use stock music outside of Scratch.
