I think my current hobby is entering assorted art and animation contests. Like, fat chance I'm going to win any, but I want to enter them anyway. Program: Scratch Vector Editor, from scratch. I've looked at other, closed art contests and the general consensus amongst people who host them is that anyone who does anything worthwhile with SVE is extremely talented. Myself, I wouldn't go that far. It's not that I'm good at SVE, but that I'm worse at any other digital art platform.
