Okay, so, long story short, DS is cool and all, but I kinda feel like starting something new, since I feel like I've been doing the same thing for a while and I'm getting nowhere. I kinda want to use different Pokémon, make funnies better, and just change up the story. Or, basically, just make a new PokéComic. The longer version with reasons is below. You don't have to look at it though. ALSO IT NEEDS A NEW TITLE, DOUBLE SHIFT IS JUST A BAD PUN ======================================== Time to become C R I T I C A L Also, spoilers if you care about weather lol (and the tiniest bit of the first town) ======================================== Double Shift is cool and all, but I don't really feel like making it. Basically I have some problems with it. For example: - Chapter one doesn't feel like it's important. - It doesn't make sense why they're by the canyon in the first place (especially Violet). - While orginally Pippy was suposed to be a funny, chaotic, and stupid character, he just kinda feels like a jerk now. (Dec 2023 edit: More like an evil sociopath lmao) - The humor is good in some parts, but sometimes it's morbid (this is more true with the og 1st chapter) or just bad. - Why is Cedar in a town that is colder than the surronding areas? - Most of the plot happens during winter, and that's not good when one of your favorite types is grass. - Chapter 2 exists for no reason. Also, it's hard to describe, but the cast just kinda makes me feel "mneh..." The core crew (Dex, Pippy, and Violet) are the only ones tha feel unique, and it's because of their terrible teamwork. I like some of the ideas I have, like Sherberg being a town that was orginally a mine for all of the ice rocks and stones in the area, or just Violet's design in general (I have no idea why I like her drip, but I think it is respectable). Also, I've basically just been doing the start of DS for more than a year. I feel like I'm 7 and and am continuously restarting a game because I can't get past the first level. I was gonna put a summary paragraph here, but it's at the top lol.

And Pippy might still exist. But these are both just possibilities, so it's not guaranteed
