I’m planning on making this change because I still want to use the small caps Q for /aʊ/ in the original Alphabest. The other reason for this change is because lowercase /q/ (ղ) can be confused with lowercase /ɲ/ (η) in International Alphabest. I’m also planning to repurpose ɗ into an implosive D in International Alphabest.
