The reason why most of Electro's Glitchzone Icons look like the "You Can't Run" ones, is because he's kinda mad for losing 3 times in a row, and that's what he REALLY wants to do, but looking like he's having a malfunction seemed cooler to him and more convincing that he's a robot, but in reality, he's not. (He has a way to trick BF into thinking he's having a malfunction, since he's not an actual robot.)
