A Vaporeon/Goldeen hybrid! I was still a bit confused about the colors, but hopefully this will do! Their horn and fins have a slight blueish tint to them, they have a stripe down their back instead of the wavy back ridge that Vaporeon has, and blue-green eyes. This design shows a seaweed satchel, but there is a version without in the project as well. Please tell me if you would like anything changed, otherwise, have fun making their bio!
