You know when Pac-Man eats the power pellets, the ghosts turn blue? I wanted to see other characters like that. That is why I made this. Requirements: 1. Must be an SVG image. 2. I am allowed to put whatever in the Turn-To-Blue section. 3. Animated Sprites are not recommended. 4. Multiple Characters are allowed, but the maximum capacity for each project is 3. 5. Numberblocks/Numberblock OCs are not recommended due to a majority of them being one. 6. If it is not recommended, you can still do it at your own risk.
