RULES: 1. Make a decision that everyone will agree on. (Eg: Do not move Tennis Ball, or Mixels down to the bottom etc. That is what the 12.5th rank is for) 2. Do not move others down. 3. There are no shameful ranks for a reason. 4. There shall be no more than 10 characters on the best rank. The maximum is doubled in each rank. 5. HAVE FUN!
