The current host of this event will chose the best offer and therefore they will be the new owner of the design after they finish payments. A design will close when I add another one, hence the name a 'rotation'. However, it will probably inconsistent when I add a design. If you would liked to get pinged if another new design comes out then ask for a ping in the comments below. Rotations will stop after the 26th of December.
