Scratch Network, or simply Scratch, is a Thanosian-American and Scratch Republic digital multicast public television network owned and operated by PBS, the WGBH Educational Foundation, MIT Media Lab, Scratch Television Co-operative (working name Scratch TV) and Channel One.
