While commonly seen as a 'higher ranking' than most, there is no evidence that there is a hierarchy of any type, as most research concludes that they are one of that like a hive mind with the other corruptions in the "Grey Hole" case [ID 1535.2321]. Whether or not they are telepathic is a common debate that has yet to be confirmed. They appear to hover with a cosmic energy not even we are capable of conceiving of in this dimension, almost as if their appearance is what's left of them on this plane of existence, trying to hold on and stay home. This energy is theoretically lethal to some, but empowering to others. while it is unknown if it could be a(nother) source of unlimited power, the danger involved would be too risky, even for such a large species. Reports say that they once spoke only in a language not even the Curators understood, but they have been re-taught their language. The whereabouts of them are unknown as "The Mothership" [File ID; M0-7HR] that is specifically housing them is not known. What little more we do know about them is from mostly rumors and/or unreliable sources of sightings.
