Hell's Bell's is a stand manifested from the deepest, darkest place of heck...once someone rings his hand bell, he arises. The closer he gets the hotter the air becomes. The wind speed increases like a hurricane when his distance closes. If you get touched, you get sent to a place made of volcanic rock and magma. Only there is where he can attack you. If you lose, then you stay to rot.
