Edit 3/19/24: This is olddd- You can still request stuff if you want, but uh no promises that I'll do it :') On the plus side, I think my art is better now- see https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/875943589/ and https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/967455197/ for a couple examples
Hello, person reading this. Are you here out of boredom? Curiosity? Because you already truly want me to draw you something? Something else? Whatever the reason, I hope you will consider requesting some art-- after you have read the entire description. Maybe you believe yourself to be a much better artist than me. And perhaps you are right. Even if you don't love my art, though, it could still be entertaining to see my renditions of your characters, a "give me your OC and I'll draw it in my style" thing. If you've decided that you do, in fact, want to request some art, that's great! Only, there's a bit more in terms of rules and things to get through before you do. First of all, let's go over what I will and will not draw. I am not drawing full scenes, although if you'd like, I can draw a vague background for the character. This project is intended for you to request people, though I can also draw cats. If you have a non-humanoid, non-feline OC, I am willing to try humanizing them. I am also not good at complex poses, so most of my drawings will probably be like the ones in the project: standing, rather stiffly. I can, however, draw different facial expressions. Please also note that I am not experienced drawing males (this doesn't apply for cats), though if you have a male character you want me to draw, I'm happy to try. If you do give me a boy to draw, and I don't feel it's going well, I may also include a gender swap version. Alright, I think that pretty much covers it. You should now be aware of what you can and cannot request, and may request something by filling out the following form in the comments: Your username | Character's name (if they have one) | Link to reference, if possible or detailed description of character's appearance | Notes/other Once you have filled out the form below, the next thing to do is wait. Actually doing one of these drawings generally takes me from 15 minutes to an hour, but it might take me a bit to find the time and motivation to draw it. Please be patient with me, and don't pester me with questions about how soon it will be done by. However, if I have not given you any updates on the art's progress for 3 or more days, feel free to leave me a polite reminder in the comments checking in. But other than that, please do not ask if it's done or not. I will notify you when it is finished. Depending on how many requests I get, I might share 3 or so completed drawings in the same project. I don't expect I will get many, though, especially not at first, so each drawing will likely be in its own separate project. Once you have received the completed art, you may do whatever you wish with it-- as long as you give me credit. Everything is and will be drawn in the Scratch Vector Editor, which means you could also potentially animate the drawings. You do not need to pay me anything for these. Obviously, this being Scratch, you cannot give me actual money, but I don't demand loves, favorites, or follows in return for completing your art request (although loves, favorites, and follows are always appreciated, and it would be very kind of you to leave me some). All I ask is that you give me credit. If I see you or anyone else using my art without credit or permission, even if it is of your character, I will demand that credit be given. If it is not, the project in question will be reported. Even if you give me credit, please still ask for my permission before you use my art anywhere. I will, in all likelyhood, give it (unless it is a drawing of someone else's character, in which case their permission is also required). However, if the art is drawn by me in fulfillment of a request from you, that means you automatically have my permission to use it with credit. Well, anyway, you seem to have made it to the end! Unless, of course, you just scrolled straight to the bottom, in which case you should go read the rest of the description. I know it was a lot, and I hope it wasn't too confusing. If you have any questions, please ask in the comments! I'll answer them as soon as possible.
