redo of a project i made years ago Yes, more Emerald because im getting obsessed with her again :P i have been making more of her backstory, actually. theres this highly contagious disease that turns the cats zombie-like, she was exposed to this disease a lot as a baby and slowly grew an immunity to it, or, so she thought. it affected her slowly, growing worse over time, and she was officially diagnosed with it after she complained of searing pain in her eyes, and it was found that her eyes were basically melting because of the disease. technology here is pretty high-tech, and after losing vision in her eyes she was given robotic ones, which can read what she's feeling and display it in her pupils (like, normal cirlcles if shes content or happy, X's if she angry or is feeling strong emotions, ?'s if she's confused.) her tears turned into the color of what her eyes were, and over time her right eye was damaged by the liquid of her melted eye underneath and it would no-longer display her eye color. Emerald is normally a very gentle, thoughtful cat, who would never hurt someone, but with the disease messing with her brain it causes her to get overly frustrated or angry over the smallest things, causing her to lash out at her family. she isolated herself after a while, not wanting to give the disease to her friends or family, but her sister Lavender came to her and wouldn't leave, which she caught the disease and it affected her like it normally would, it turned her zombie-like
