After this he told me that "[he] can't let [me] leave" and proceeded to attack me so with my melee skill of 100 I whacked him with a pool cue and he kind of died but at least now I have the beret I've always wanted so I see this as an absolute win Sussy Legend has it that to this day, Addax is still looking for a bathroom.
throughout this quest, having done it in previous playthroughs before/being a lore nerd, I was grinning like a maniac whenever someone mentioned his name ESPECIALLY when Colonel Hsu was like "Captain Curtis is the lead investigator of this"
