Welcome to Emerald Princess, an eleven minute twelve-palette LINEART MAP, hosted by @W1ld4641 and me! This MAP is open to basically everyone, so don't be afraid to try out! However, me and Wild are looking for at least one art example, because we'd like this MAP to have drawings and complex moving images, and not stick figures. If you can't provide an example, don't stress! We'll probably still accept you anyway. >u< ✿ Rules ✿ ❇ Make sure you read the palette notes(found inside) to make sure you understand what colors to use in your part ❇ You HAVE to use the correct palette/palettes for your part! Since this is lineart, the palette is the colors your lines can be ❇ Shading is the only excuse to go off palette; otherwise please color-pick from the palette directly ❇ Shading is allowed, but not required(also if you want to fuzz the lineart or add a slight gradient to the edges of the background, that should be fine) ❇ PMV or AMV, both are acceptable! ❇ Try your best to(codeword in backdrops guys) get your part to line up with the music ❇ Fill the whole part ❇ ONLY ONE SPRITE(clones accepted if they delete) ❇ Nothing can be put in the backdrops ❇ Don't steal, trace, heavily reference, etc ❇ The background is ALWAYS cream colored(like the thumbnail). No complex backgrounds, just the plain color. Use lineart to add any details ❇ Two weeks to complete your part! Then we will automatically drop you. We might not tell you when we drop you- Just assume that if your part is overdue you don't have it anymore, unless you ask for extensions ✳ You can use OCs or fandoms, but all of it must be lineart, with maybe a little silhouette ❇ Sign-up form: username(w/o @) // Part you want // art or animation example(optional) // codeword(hide it well!) // questions, comments, or concerns ❀ Additional notes ❀ ✳ If you don't want to listen to the whole song, try picking your favorite color palette and listening to only the parts in which it's used! ✳ You can have up to four parts, but they shouldn't ALL be in a row ✳ Thumbnails should have at least one or two palettes represented on them(we'll still consider ones with only one palette, which is why this isn't in the rules) ✳ Try to make your part super epic!
