»»——⍟——«« Dexter 2011-2021 RIP »»——⍟——«« Dexter was my pet cat. He was a 10 year old tuxedo cat. I've had him since I was 3 (I'm 13) Dexter was my best friend for an amazing 10 years. We've done so many crazy, fun, exciting things together. We've gone outside, in the car, to a cat show, and to my dad's house, mom's house and grandparent's house. He was the nicest cat in the world. I swear you would never find another cat that sweet. He would never hurt you at all, or do anything to make you upset. He'd comfort you if you were upset or sick. I remember when I was sick when I was little, and he'd cuddle up with me. He'd sit with me for hours until I felt better. When he turned 10 years old, he started to go downhill. He stopped eating, he was more tired, and he'd vomit. He'd look out the window, sun, trees and birds for the whole day. He'd always comfort me, it was time for me to comfort him. November 30- We found out he has fluid in his lungs, and he had cancer. I just feel so bad thinking that my poor cat had goddamn cancer (sorry for my language). Dexter passed away. I'm tearing up as I write this. I am so upset, but I know he's in heaven. And one day I'll see him again when I go to heaven. I realize now all I can do is look back at all the good memories I had with him, and what an amazing animal he was. It's like when a loved one goes on a long trip, your sad, but you know you'll see them again one day. I just can't believe he's GONE. It just doesn't seem real. Anyways... I love you so much Dexter. I don't know if there's Scratch in heaven, but if you're reading this and you understand it, I want you to know you were the best animal in the whole world. I couldn't have asked for a better pet. I love you so, so, so much Dexter. You'll forever be in my heart, until one day I'll go to heaven, and we can meet again :3
