Y’know, sometimes it feels like people follow you just to follow you. Or that people copy you in an attempt to replicate how you got mild popularity. Or that some friends use you as an outlet to benefit themself. If you do any one of those, think about this. What will you do after you earn a following? How will it benefit you in the real world? I’m not saying earning followers is bad. I’m saying if you use another to gain those follows, you’re kind of missing the effort. Ive noticed it happening to me lately. The sad thing is, especially online, the more popular you are, the less people see you as human. There’s a human that worked on all 600(?) projects. I’m not rich, or even special in any way. I’m another human just like y’all. Things some of y’all say do leave an impact. I know I’m not crazy popular, but I definitely have been lucky. And even now, when I haven’t been publishing much, I’ve been gaining followers. Anyways, this isn’t just for me, this is also for every other scratcher with a decent following. And I don’t want to say my followers suck. I just want to also be seen as human. Thanks for reading.
