To get the Ghost buster gun, click the gun icon that has the "reload" text above it. Then you should be able to see a circle following your mouse. Now you can kill the ghost. Click the circle thingy following your mouse and click it while it's touching the ghost to lower the hp of the ghost. To heal, Click Pie at the bottom.
