Use the arrows on the left to move in the direction you want. Use the button on the right to shoot/fire (however you want to call it). Your time survived and zombie kills are on the upper right corner. Hit the "WORLD WIDE" button on the upper left corner to see the world record of time survived and the amount of zombies killed, which will appear on the upper right corner, where you stats are.
