Also, the quarks tend to a ground state since you are observing what it looks like, Schrödinger's equation doesn't let macroscale beings see both were the particle is going or what it looks like in the same time, so you don't see motion after that. Sometimes it takes 1 second to start stopping, or just 1 min!
