WORLD RP - iteration 3 - (kind of) RP studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/30831627/ CONTROLS Space to zoom, when zoomed use the mouse to move the map Z for perks Click to get coordinates RULES When making a country, say the name of the country, the capital city, and the coordinates, you cannot make a country on water Cities can support a max of 10 people, the number next to the city is the city's level Cities require one pop to make For large countries: you can only have 5 perk zones activated even if you're in more than 5, you can change the perk zones activated any time Traveller tokens increase your chance of getting a traveller, which is 1 extra pop, there's a traveller event every day For every two cities you can make an outpost, which defend two cities of your choice and increase country power, a city can have a max of 3 outposts defending it You can make a citadel by using one pop, these have more power than outposts and can be upgraded (max pop: 5) You can declare war on a country if you're bordering it or have a sea route connecting to it, you can only destroy 5 cities in one day, if you capture the capital, the whole country is destroyed It is possible to win the war even if your country has less power, but unlikely Countries start with 1 power, to increase power, upgrade cities, build outposts, and build citadels Cities: +(population of city) power - 1 Outposts: +0.5 power Citadels: + (level) power And perk zones if any
