This is about a month after the Falling Sun timeline, which I think is enough time to have them join and make my 8-year-old bro like it more, since Snowfluff is his starter. By the way, if they'd gotten real warrior names, they would be Snowpaw, Rainpaw, Rootpaw, Blazepaw, and Voltpaw.
Most credit goes to EA and Prodigy and Nintendo. Plasm Wraith is actually, in case you didn't know, a super-villain. In the third game, she kidnapped Mudstar. Sparkfall would have helped, but he wasn't really a good guy then, and completely bailed on him and ran off. That left Bubblesplash, Rosefire, and Cloverheart to save him, though in truth, Plasm Wraith just had a crush on Mudstar and didn't want him to leave her. The Pikmin guys and Plant Heroes hate each other. The way I see it, PvZ accuses Pikmin of lying when Pikmin accuses PvZ of copying them, and fights break out, mostly involving the shredding of the enemy's faces. In other words, they're at war.
