So I’ve come to a couple of conclusions. 1. I will not be very active, but I’m also not leaving. 2. All the contests I’m hosting may or may not have results coming out. I’m really sorry. I may ask one of my friends to do it. 3. I will not be posting often So let’s get onto addressing these points. In the weeks I haven’t been active already, I’ve realized that it wasn’t really good for me or my lifestyle to put so much time in scratch. The past year or so, I’ve been posting projects, and logging onto scratch when I should have been doing some other stuff. Scratch is a great community, but I don’t think it’s a community I can be a full-time part of. I’ve met some wonderful people here, and great friends. However, as I’ve already mentioned a couple times, my life is busy. Basically everyone has to go to school, but not everyone does 3+ competitive sports, an instrument, and basically volunteers for random things. I’m on thanksgiving break right now, and I have a lot of free time, and I realized I likes to do other things in my free time other than scratch. I practice basketball 1-2 hours per day now, and personally, it really feels like it could be a big part of my future. And although I don’t want to be rude, I feel like scratch won’t be one. It’s been a pretty big role in my past, but I can’t see myself growing up to be a full-time coding person (and scratch is mainly a coding website), or an artist. I will occasionally be posting projects (I’m currently working on a semi-realism piece of my OC, Luna, but I can’t seem to get the hair right. Help ;-;), but it will probably be only 1-2 times a month. I won’t go inactive, at least not yet (it all might change when I go to highschool, but that’s still in almost 2 years), but AT’s and DT’s will probably not be open. I’ve unshared some of my older projects, and I’m not sure if contest results will come out. If they do, they probably will be in a very scrappy project with no thumbnail, but I do understand that many people have put effort and time in their entries. The prizes, I can not guarantee that you’ll get, but I’ll try to make it up to you by giving u a shoutout or smtn :p. So anyways, that’s it. I’ve already been so inactive now that basically nobody will see this anyway. It’s time for me to move on, and pursue other things like basketball and school. And once again thank you for reading this through I know it was boring. Also. I kinda like the Atlanta Hawks now. I also very deeply track the nba so if ur up for it we can have a detailed and boring conversation about it. Also. My parents are letting me go to the stadium and watch a basketball game alone with my friend when the hawks come to visit my home team (which I obviously will not reveal for safety reasons). Also my friend has a uncle who has a friend who has a brother who may have court side tickets. Long shot but fingers crossed. Ok and I’m ranting about basketball again xD.
