楢崎顔 ❀ Sina's 700+ DMC Entry ₊˚ˑ 四七 (shi-na) in Japanese = the numbers 4 & 7, hence her three-digit code is 470. yes it's inspired by Darling in the FranXX ;) click to zoom in after the speedpaint ends! other somewhat-interesting details: ⟢ her ID card reads 顔 (Kao) because it's her first name – her name is Kao Narasaki (which is also why the background had the characters 楢崎顔 at first) ⟢ the words 'S-class' on the ID refer to the highest possible rank in a system, meaning that Kao is at maximum security clearance. (this was inspired from that one scene where Zero Two flashes her S-class ID. yes, I'm obsessed with that show) ⟢ I turned her crescent-shaped tattoo on her left arm into a necklace because she's wearing a long-sleeved jacket ⟢ I modified the crescent logo she has on her tie a bit and turned it into a crest (it does look a bit childish lol) ⟢ her jacket's designs are inspired by my Strelizia hoodie & Zero Two's Nines uniform (though I did add my own touches; it's not a replica of either) ⟢ I didn't really know how to draw her in 'action'... so I just went with a fit pose :d ⟢ I always sketch on paper first then go over digitally; I can't start an artwork with digital it just doesn't work out for me ⟢ the first character in the thumbnail text is actually a slightly different one from her name because the font I used (Sun Yat-Sen Hsingshu) doesn't have that specific character. just pretend it's the right one lol ⟢ the style of this artwork was inspired by stephanie priscilla, one of my fav artists. and 002 ofc ⟢ I worked pretty hard on this, hope you like it! ⚲ worktime: 22h50m (I didn't spend all of that time on this hahah I left the app open while afk so the actual worktime is maybe like 14-15 hours) ♪ music: selphius – escape [german cover] › software: ibisPaint X › device: samsung galaxy tab s6 lite › frame converter: batch video-to-image extractor (2fps) #speedpaint #illustration #dmce
