This is VSync on Scratch VSync aligns the velocity of anything being projected to match with that of the framerate. This can also speed up slow projects, to align the speed to 30FPS speed. It won't make the framerate quicker, but it would look smoother. EG: 30 FPS: 10 steps in 2 Frames 60 FPS: 10 steps in 1 Frames 30 FPS (VSync): ~10 steps in 2 Frames 60 FPS (VSync): ~10 steps in 2 Frames Run this on TurboWarp (it's blocked on my computer) for a better example.
