I would ship Briarstar with Midsummer. Here is their backstory: One day, Briarstar was lying lazily around her home, when a knock came upon her door. She turned her attention there, but did not get up. 'Maybe they will go away' she selfishly thought. No, they did not. Finally, Briarstar got up and peeked through the peephole at her front door. It was a muddy brown fow with what appeared to be green paint all over him. He was soaked through from the rain, though, so that coudn't be the case. Shaking the odd thoughts out of her head, Briarstar let the poor fox in. Shaking, he said he needed a place to stay for the night because it was a long way back to where he lived- the Homeland. Briarstar had never heard of the place, but nodded still and asked his name. "Midsummer" he mumbled. 'What a lovley name' Briarstar thought. She led Midsummer into her kitchen and poured him some tea. He gratfully gulped it down and asked for more. Laughing, Briarstar asked about the Homeland. He told her about how it was amazing during the day, while it was ruled by the sun, but awful at night when the moon came out. She giggled as she listened to his native legends and by the time morning came she had heard them all. She loved Midsummer and asked to go to the Homeland with him. He agreed, and so they went back together, but Briarstar only stayed for a short time. When she went back they decided to still write, and so that is how it went, their relationship of love letters.
Hope you like! I only added Midsummer and the background.
