Instructions

Here is the backstory: Once upon a time, the sun saw a beautiful young fox trapped in a gorgeous array of constellations. She looked so sad. Curious, the sun asked why she was trapped and what her name was. With a large sigh, Blue Moon told the sun her story. Horrified, the sun decided to cheer her up by making more of her kind. Try as she might, the sun could not make one. She asked for help from the moon, but he refused. Tired and desperate, the sun brought together the Homelands and her own mighty fire. This made the second fox- Tinder. Tinder was outgoing and burning with the need to please Blue Moon. All of his attempts failed, but instead of being disheartened, it only made him more determined. He asked the sun to create more of him, many more. The sun did, but alas Blue Moon was destined to be forever alone and upset. The moon wanted it that way- he wanted her void of hope. This made Tinder extremely angry, and caused him to realize something- he had fallen in love with Blue Moon. So much that he would risk his life for her. He crossed the border between night and day and floated up to the stars. His fire began to burn out, and frantically he tried to save Blue Moon. He failed in the attempt, but at least he admitted to his feelings, for his last words were "I will get you out, for I love you Blue Moon!" This only made Blue Moon more upset and so she stayed in her prison, blindly hoping that nobody else made of lively, beautiful fire would try to save her. She wanted her people to live on the Homeland happily and to flourish by drinking the Homewaters. She wanted to carry the pain of her people on her shoulders, surely the moon would at least allow her that small displeasure? She would not be responsible for yet another death, especially if they loved her so. THE END
