Credit to @27kpottenger for being my first fan and reaction. <3 <3 Chapters 11-15: While kidnapped, Sparkpaw and Rosepaw somehow find the time to argue, unfortunately for poor Cloverpaw; we get sneak peeks into the lives of Whiskerpool and Frecklesnow; and Bubblepaw is introduced to the other medicine cats and ShineClan. The canon StarClan and fan-fiction ShineClan are connected. So are the Dark Forest and Foggy Woods. The places where the two groups of Clans live are too far away for a cat to walk from one place to another IRL, but in the afterlife, you just have to walk for around an hour through the afterlife places of other fan-fictions and games (yes, that includes Starshine from @Wildflight 's AiB) and you'll end up in one of the places, depending on which one you came from. This is how (I'll put this in a fan-fiction Super Edition) Lightningstripe managed to communicate with Squirrelflight and ask her about Ashfur, who was trying to turn ShineClan against StarClan. Whiskerpool is one of the oldest cats in ShineClan. He lived to 12 years old, when he died in a fire. He would have lived for about 16 years, and has lived in ShineClan for 18 years, so that means that sadly, he'll fade away in only 2 years. His son, Wirestar, will fade in about 5 years (18 + (18 - 15) - 16 = 5). The boss of the cats holding three of our guys captive is named Driftwood. He is about 5 years old and hates the Clans because of their driving cats who never did anything to them out of their land. After getting chased away by OasisClan a few times, he made his own group, the Storm Clouds, and holds cats captive, giving them back only in exchange for land. He is also holding two StrayClan cats named Mint and Bloodstreak hostage. Cloverpaw is the strongest of the five apprentices. If he were a bit older and faster, he could probably win against Driftwood himself. In fact, in a fight with a cat near his age, if the probability of winning a fight depended completely on strength alone, he would most likely win. The only cats in CliffClan that would stand a winning chance against him are Rosepaw, Lakefoot, Batstar, and Scorpionclaw, who could easily outsmart Cloverpaw and are strong enough to fight him alone.
