Draw on your face, wear hats and be framed! :D To take a picture on Windows Vista, 7, 8, and above, open Snipping Tool, click the arrow near the New button, pose your picture and select Rectangular Snip. Then, drag your mouse the area you want to save. I don't know about Macs as I haven't used them much.
