Project L4 of Fort Abrams Elevator Backstory: This is the elevator at the Fort Abrams town hall. They were originally elevonic 401s until they were replaced by Otis Gen2s in 2016 as a refurbishment plan. The motor room was removed during the refurbishment so yes these are still MRLs.
