Western Europe has been annihilated to the massive heat waves, skin cancer and severe burns are common across countries not in the heatwave no matter where they are, and 1 billion people remain on this planet. It's been 25 years since the day the earth stopped spinning. Russia and Turkey is collaborating to build massive underground cities together for protection from the sun whilst researching for advanced space ships to escape to a habitable planet 12 light years away to continue surviving. A few decades after that, Russia organised a meeting in Petersburg for a global effort on escaping this horrific disaster with massive plans to escape the planet or go underground in pre-built underground cities.
