~ OTHER Backstory: Ripplekit was born in RiverClan to her single mother. When she was around three moons, her mother went off into battle against LavaClan, and when she had came back, suffered from bad wounds. She died later because they got infected, leaving Ripplekit without family and hating LavaClan. She soon became an apprentice, and later met Shadowpaw. She followed them where they were meeting Ashflame. Fighting ensued, Shadowpaw went with Ashflame, but later they came back to Ripplepaw! A lot of fights later, Ripplepaw was fighting Ashflame again ( for the millionth time lol ) and when he threw her off of himself, she hit her head on a rock. It caused very bad injuries to her brain. Ripplepaw had a hard time dealing with her injuries at first, and started to neglect taking care of herself. Once another encounter with Ashflame happened and Shadowpaw was blinded, however, she realized that she needed to take care of herself, if only so she could keep protecting those she loved. She begins developing a crush on Shadowpaw, but pushes that aside for a LONG time. She loses Echostar, her leader and mother-figure, and Monarchpaw, a close friend in close succession, and struggles to cope with the loss of them. She meets Beaverspeck sometime here and reluctantly tells him about Ashflame and what he did, though I'm pretty sure she refuses to tell him his name??? because safety. Anyways Beaverspeck is understandably really fricking angry. Gathering happens, and Ashflame and Spiderspin are exiled, though Ashflame starts chasing Shadowpaw so she's more worried about that. She ends up striking a deal with Ashflame that in a few days one of the two apprentices would meet up with him and give up their life so the other can live in peace or whatever. Rip of course decides that's a great way to die. Shadowpaw disagrees greatly. They dramatically and with many tears confess that they're in love with each other, and then Ripplepaw runs off to die. She almost does, but then something happens and she doesn't. They both get away relatively unscathed. The love confession is never brought up again lmao. Ashflame tries to poison Shadowpaw and succeeds because apparrently Kasper would eat weird berries in the woods. Kasper please don't eat weird berries in the woods you will die and that won't be a pleasant experience for anyone lol. The next thing important to happen is the fire, and Ripplepaw meets Sunpaw as she helps them out of camp with minimal injuries. They take residence in the Grove. Sunpaw and Ripplepaw start to get close, and the three apprentices get their warrior names, Ripplespirit, Shadowsong, and Sunlight. Then Beaverspeck dies :'O So Rip decides that she's going for a walk. For a week. So she wanders outside clan territory for a week before stumbling across Sunlight. With Ashflame. She's super freaked out, she's grieving, and she's angry that one of her best friends are hanging out with her attempted murderer. So she yells at Sunlight. And then Sunlight gets hit by a car. On purpose. And then Rip runs away, thinking she's dead. She ends up having to be physically forced to come back to camp, but she can't bring herself to see Sunlight for a while because she knows she straight up left her to die. Unknowingly, but still. Finally she does, and then Sunlight tries to run onto the thunderpath again. Crying ensues, and the poor gal ends up not doing it, thank goodness.
