The Council is basically all the group leaders. Everyone likes the idea of the Council-only meetings except for Cuphead and Mugman, because they are too close to separate. Mario hates the whole Council because he thinks that he should also have some influence over Pikmin and Kirby characters because he has more games than them. Of course, no one agrees with this. The cave thing is like a unique CliffClan tradition. It began with the leadership of Shinestar, who thought that apprentices should take a test the morning after their ceremony where they went into Gemstone Caves and came out with a jewel or mineral the color of their eyes.
