Song is Ghosting my Mother Mother. If you cant figure out the storyline (cuz who could), Monsoon (blue dragon) is just strolling along when he keeps getting scared by a ghost. The ghost turns out to be another dragon in a sheet, Monsoon is ✨angry✨, and brings out an age-appropriate-thing-that-isnt-a-knife and proceeds to run after red dragon. RIP red dragon.
