You are in charge of the Brawn Team (white) Choose how much fuel you want by clicking 'fuel' or holding space. select tyres by clicking 1 of the 3 tyre icons (dry to wet). Then press go to strat the 50 lap race. The 'screen' near the top shows how efficient you are (the higher the white line the better) The graph shows how fast your laps are (higher is quicker) When you want to pit click the pit button. It will pit next lap. you can then change tyres and put more fuel in before pressing go. The top square on the left shows the weather forcast. The square below shows track condition. try to have the right tyres depending on tack condition. the three circles at the bottom show your position from last on the left to first on the right. goodluck.
