This is my new OC, Amber! =D She didn't take too long to make. (About 2 hours) I used Scratch for the beginning, then pixlr for editing and the effects. Heh, this is my first time making a bitmap cat on Scratch. I think it looks pretty good, if I do say so myself! =D
