this is max (short for maximus) he used to be a lab worker in a nuclear facility where the would study radiation and use it in ways that seemed impossible. one day max was assigned to fix a pipe leak in one of the nuclear tanks. but as he was going to turn of the water valve that was connected to the tank the tank rumbled and moved then out of nowhere the tank exploded. it sent max flying into the back of the room and molten uranium that was in the tank splashed into his left eye. max screamed as he tried to get back on his feet and press the emergency lock button he escaped but passed out as soon as he left the room the door closed behind him. 10 hour later he woke up in the hospital with his left eye replace with a mechanical one 2 weeks later he was filled with nothing but evil and hatred he wanted to let his anger out on something. later he saw on the news about a super hero named Urania and the day she had a similar accident like his he felt like he wasn't even noticed and so he took his spas 12 out of his closet and went on to get his REVENGE...........
