Art trade with the lovely @Pearlswirl! Decided to turn it into an art process because I'm bored. Process: 1. I always start with a pencil sketch which I than upload to firealpaca. (this is just a sketch I had sitting in my files from earlier in the year) 2. Lineart 3. Using the wand tool, I select the area outside the sketch, inverse (ctrl+shift+i on firealpaca) and than contract the selected area by 2. This allows me to colour the whole sketch at once. 4. Basic colours and patterns. Sometimes I do this over multiple layers if a design is particularly complex. 5. Eyes 6. Lineart colour 7. Background 8.
