November 6 I remember Wolf opening the flap of my tent in the clearing, but I don’t remember shooting the curse. I knew I had done it, though. I just couldn’t recollect it. I knew Wolf had been tied to the tree outside, and I remember tying him there, but I don’t remember why we were trying to capture him in the first place. Actually, I do remember. The monster wanted to control him, but I wanted to do it so that I could tell Wolf the truth about what had happened, since I knew he’d only seen and knew me as the monster who bit him all those years ago. I remember losing my cool at the guards, who, in their defense, had been posted at least 4 yards away from Wolf’s tree, but had let him escape. I don’t remember knocking them out. Poor choice on my part, as Wolf had said. I remember searching for Wolf, and finding him on the pathway to the school, along with Shadow. I also remember the conversation. “Well, so this is where the boy went,” I remarked, standing behind Wolf and Shadow with two other people behind me. Don’t ask for details, I don’t remember. “Yes, this is where I went.” Wolf snapped his fingers, and the guards collapsed. “You-” I was so angry, I couldn’t form a sentence. Wolf smiled, though anyone with a sense of sight could tell it was fake. He shot a pain curse at me, targeting straight towards my left hand.
Notes/Credits: So, if you clicked on this project, you probably know that I'm writing a story called The Wolf Boy. This story, Monster, is a side story of a different point of view. It follows the same plot line, but from Ren's POV instead of Wolf's. Enjoy! Credits: Me, for writing it. J.K. Rowling & Shannon Messenger for some inspiration.
