Nico POV "pleeeaasseee" I complained, watching Mr. Sunshine over there change another patient's bandages. "No, Nico! I'm not letting you out early!" Nico groaned. "But I'm completely ok! I can climb the climbing wall up and down fifty times before I get tired!" I yelled loudly, earning a few glances from other people around the infirmary. "Please don't," grumbled the golden-haired boy, throwing away the soiled bandages. "Look at you two, bickering like an old married couple," giggled a girl's voice. I jumped and turned around to see a girl with green hair and reddish roots. I could've sword Will said something like "future married couple," I shook it off. "You need something, Kayla? because I practically live in the infirmary now." I crossed my arms and glanced at will before looking back at Kayla. Will raised an eyebrow. "It's been 26 hours." "Whatever, Solace." I breathed out. "What happened to that first-name basis?" he pouted. Will POV It was Nico's final day at the infirmary, and I honestly wasn't sure why I felt a stab of disappointment that he had to go. Nico was eagerly getting his stuff packed up. "Well, Death Boy, you've been complaining for three days straight, so I suppose you'll be happy to leave." I sat down on the edge of the bed with him. "sai che ti mancherò" he chuckled softly and lifted his glass of water to his lips. I smiled. "Puede que tengas razón" I said in response. Nico choked on his water momentarily. "You understood that?" I laughed at the sight of his slightly red, surprised face. "Italian is the language of music." I responded, ruffling his hair. "There's no escape, Death Boy." Nico grumbled and stood up. "Well look at me. Escaping" And with that, he ran out, on his way back to cabin thirteen. I silently hoped that he would want to hang out outside of the infirmary sometime.
