So basically, when I was younger, in restaurants they have some fish in tanks. I ‘made friends’ with one fish inside a tank. I started talking to it and smiling to it. I had many memories of this. The fish looked happy when I came to it, swimming around in excitement and curiosity. My parents told me to come back to the table. So I did. We waited for a long time to get out meal which was a fish thing. (I think it was fried fish idk) I Saw a chef going towards the tank. I thought he was feeding it. I was wrong. Real wrong. Instead of my thoughts, he took out a large net and scooped it up. I bended over to see what was happen. The fish was in pain. It was flipping around while a sharp knife was jutted through it’s body. I wanted to scream but I knew it was a public restaurant. After a few minutes of serving our food, the meal arrived on our table. I saw the fish, dead with a petrified expression on it’s face. I cried. Even though I’m older now, I still think about this too this day. That fish. I have dreams about it everyday. I even cry as well. I just feel so bad, after that story. I no longer eat fish. I just feel so bad for the fish since it had a happy life in the ocean. The sad part is that the fish doesn’t even know it was meeting some human’s mouth! It’s just to sad. Yeah, call me stupid, idc. But I know, many fishes’ life are ending in the most unexpected way.
Note: I am not vegetarian. I just don’t eat fish, I still do eat meat. If I get served anything with fish, I will through a tantrum. (No joke)
