ELOWEN WEAVERGLOOM Elowen was to the only child of a sage and a politician. When her mother was assassinated by her political rival when Elowen was 6, and during the attack, Elowen sustained head trauma, resulting in PTSD and Conversion Disorder (self-inserts make the world go 'round). She and her father from Seraphiris to Twin's Gate after the attack. Here, she grew into the modest and kind, yet somewhat reclusive hynde she is today. She started going to maid and butler-y school at 14, and started working as a maid at 16. She has been to about 7 families since then, telling herself she's satisfied with her life the way it is. Elowen is a very caring and giving hynde, but she's rather aloof and mature, making her somewhat hard to get close to. Elowen is insecure about her innate and disorder, and this also results in some of her stand-off-ish behavior. She's very polite and dutiful hynde who will go above all to serve her clients and make sure they are content. Elowen takes it very hard and personally when she makes a mistake. She is very hard on herself, but she is pretty good about being "perfect". She tends to overwork herself and that usually results in some episodes, but Elowen walks the border between being an overachiever and being on the verge of an episode. She's just trying her best. --------------------------------------------------------- Magic: Horror Shift - To shapeshift into a personified version of a hynde's greatest fear or fears. For example, if the target is afraid of spiders she will shift into a spider-like form. It is uncontrollable and grows more frequently during certain lunar phases and if the target exhibits an extreme emotion.
