If you need a model with this thing, I can send you a costume set with different angles of view. It does not necessarily have to be a cat sitting down, it can be this cat inside a vehicle, like a car of something. But I'm not sure about making car models, so it would be best if you sent me a car model and then I put the cat in. Or, I can just send you the model.
This is not rendered with pen. This is costumes. I made it in google sketchup because blender is too complicated.
