He is intelligent, yet enjoys taking on dares and doing crazy things. Since he was reprogrammed by a very small amount by the Mega Key, Many of his core personality traits remain the same despite his upgraded powers courtesy of Wily.
Credit to @retrokid104. The final Mega Man Killer is here to step up to the plate. Eclipse acts relatively similar to retrokid's original AI for him though both of his charged shots have been significantly buffed and his pattern's been modified to spice things up as well. Fair warning though, this guy is HARD. Since he is effectively the 'gateway boss' for the Wily Castle bosses.
