Each circled character display which key to press for the note. Each row is a series of harmonic notes. Each row has its fundamental on a different octave. The numbers on the top designate which note in the series a key represents.
The default bottom fundamental is set to A2, which is 110 Hertz in normal (A=440) tuning.
